These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, programs, courses, trainings, templates, memberships, and coaching services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, enrolling, or accessing any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services.
1. General Disclaimer
All content and Services provided by Portraits to Profits are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results, income levels, or business outcomes. You are solely responsible for applying what you learn.
Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice.
2. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Portraits to Profits—including but not limited to videos, worksheets, templates, prompts, scripts, PDFs, training materials, downloads, course content, branding, graphics, and written content—is the exclusive property of Portraits to Profits.
You may not:
Share, sell, reproduce, distribute, or give access to any materials
Use our content to create your own coaching program, course, or training
Copy or repurpose content for commercial use
Your purchase grants one (1) personal license for your use only.
Violation of this section will result in removal from all programs without refund and may result in legal action.
3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
All payments—whether for courses, digital products, coaching, memberships, workshops, or templates—are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing, you agree:
Not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes
To complete your payment plan, if applicable
To ensure your payment method remains current and active
Payment plans must be completed regardless of usage or participation.
4. Coaching & Course Access
Course and program access timelines vary by offer. Unless otherwise stated:
Digital products come with lifetime access (lifetime = life of the product)
Live programs are delivered according to the published schedule
Coaching calls must be used within the timeframe of the program
Missed calls are not refundable or transferable
Portraits to Profits reserves the right to schedule or reschedule calls as needed.
5. Membership Terms
For recurring memberships (including The Coastal Collective):
Your card will be charged automatically on your renewal date
You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
Due to the digital nature of the membership, no refunds are provided for partial or unused months
Upon cancellation, you will retain access until your billing period ends.
6. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree:
Not to share login information or course materials
To behave respectfully within any group settings or coaching containers
Not to use the Services in any unlawful or harmful way
To maintain accurate contact and payment information
We reserve the right to remove participants from programs for inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
7. No Guarantees
We deeply believe in the power of photography, mindset, and intentional business strategy. However:
We do not guarantee:
Income increases
Amount of clients booked
Social media growth
SEO performance
Any specific business outcome
Your success depends on your own effort, decisions, and implementation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Portraits to Profits is not liable for:
Loss of income or profits
Business interruption
Decisions made based on program content
Any damages related to your use (or inability to use) our Services
You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the Services.
9. Testimonials
Testimonials, case studies, and success stories represent individual client experiences and are not guarantees. Your results may vary significantly.
By submitting a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it in marketing materials.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to remove any user from any program at any time for failure to comply with these Terms or for conduct that disrupts the learning environment.
No refunds will be issued for terminations due to violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
